THE DETERMINANTS OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE IN THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
The article shows the main determinants of capital structure in the enterprise. The category of capital (level, structure, sources, patterns, cost) definitely needs be numbered among such instruments as it serves an important role in the process of developing innovative activity. One needs certain frame of reference that would use the experience of highly-developed countries on one hand, (identification of particular innovation policy criteria by means of international comparative analysis) and take unique characteristics of the transformed economy into consideration, on the other.
