ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF THE CIRCULATION OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT
Summary
This work brings a new approach in the area of analyzing and evaluating the economic efficiency of electronic document circulation systems in local government units. In fact allows a simple way based on research developed a methodology to build a simulation model to examine the system and its components with the necessary research efficiency. Implementation of simulation model in a computer tool allows fl exible mapping of reality and the study of many of its variants. Approach to the analysis and evaluation processes through the prism of information allows us to use methods of the economics of information in the test area which seems particularly important because it involves the area of information economics. How to perform hand, it introduces new elements to the cognitive knowledge and can provide a basis to build a reference model for analysis and evaluation of the economic system of local government units. The research analyzed the local government units, there were already determined by the procedure. which were made official matters. The procedure, however, was concealed in the beaten paths of the administrative procedure. Analysis of information processes in the office helped to construct diagrams of the procedure at a later stage be able to make an alternative method of simulation organization – an electronic workflow. Obtained materials will in future process modeling information.
