The article presents what are kind of motives of buyers and sellers decisions when they want to make a process of mergers and acquisitions. Usually they assume that every time M&A are profi table. They don’t mind about effi ciency calculation afterwards. That’s why in article Author asked: Is it really true that effects after process M&A are positive? Have enterprises calculated and judged their work during the process and after? That questions are very important especially during fi nancial crises which can be call: “Big test for economy in globalisation time”.
