WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES OF NUMBER 5 IN ECONOMICS?
Summary
In the previous work the Author proved that there should be proper relation between the number of fi rms and the number of households. This property is called quantum satis and the proper relation is equal to 5. The relation between the number of fi rms and the number of households in Poland was equal to 21,2 in 1986 and 2,3 in 2006. So presently there are too many fi rms in Poland. Taking into account not only fi rms but also farms one could say that the above proportion is indeed less than 2 and is much too small.
