Summary
In this article are presented pros and cons of discounted cash flows method valuation. In summary pros overweighs cons. Cons are more less technical difficulties connected to forecast of large number of input data. There is only one important disadvantage of discounted cash flows method – static character of input data. Solution of this problem is to use additionally expansible techniques to discounted cash flows method.
