Summary
The functioning of enterprises conditioned of the global economy determines the requirement of deep changes in enterprises’ internal structure what means the necessity of the creation and usage of all forms of organizational structures. Organizational structure is a component of the management system in the company. That is why the elasticity and the efficiency of the structure is a key to the enterprise’s quick response to the demand of changes. Therefore one should perceive the organizational structure as the essential tool that conditions the functioning of the enterprise in complex and insecure environment. The adequate planning process can also reduce the uncertainty and the risk. For this reason the usage of business plan is so common among companies.
In the article one pays attention to essential aspects of the problem of the organizational structure and economic scheme for the functioning of enterprises of the new economy.
