Streszczenie
W artykule, wykorzystując analizę finansową w oparciu o badania literaturowe, porównano strukturę kapitałową 75 spółek notowanych na rynku NewConnect w latach 2010–2013, które opublikowały pełne sprawozdania za lata 2010–2013. Istnieją przesłanki potwierdzające, że struktura kapitałowa badanych spółek odzwierciedla teorię substytucji kapitału.

THE CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF SMES ON THE NEWCONNECT MARKET IN THE YEARS 2010–2013
Abstract
Purpose – Comparison of the capital structure of SMEs on the NewConnect market in the years 2010–2013.
Design/methodology/approach – To achieve the objective of the article was used analysis of the literature and an analysis of financial and comparison of different indicators for the 75 companies listed on the NewConnect market, which published the full report for 2010–2013.
Findings – There is evidence proving that the capital structure of the companies under review reflects the theory of substitution of capital.
