Streszczenie
W artykule zaprezentowano controlling personalny jako narzędzie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem usługowym. Zwrócono uwagę na problematykę oceny funkcjonowania systemu controllingowego w jednostkach ochrony zdrowia, gdzie czynnik ludzki stanowi jedną z głównych determinant rentowności oraz skuteczności realizacji strategii przedsiębiorstwa.
Celem artykułu jest określenie możliwości zastosowania oraz zaprezentowanie narzędzi controlingu personalnego w jednostkach ochrony zdrowia. Cel został zrealizowany poprzez analizę bibliograficzną polskich i zagranicznych zasobów literaturowych.

THE ROLE OF THE PERSONNEL CONTROLLING IN THE OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH CARE UNITS
Abstract
The article presents the personel controlling as a management tool in service company. The attention was paid to evaluation of this system in health care units, where the human factor is one of the major determinants of profitability and efficiency of the company’s strategy.
The aim of this article is to determine the feasibility of application and presentation of the personnel controlling tools of health care units. The objective was achieved by analyzing Polish and foreign bibliography.
