Streszczenie
Swoboda handlu wewnętrznego bezpieczną żywnością określona jest przez zasady prawa żywnościowego UE, swobody przepływu towarów, ochrony konsumenta oraz udział instytucji naukowych i certyfikujących. Ważną rolę w zagwarantowaniu dostaw bezpiecznej i zdrowej żywności oraz nieograniczania jej przepływu odgrywają przyjęte standardy żywności, jak standardy Codex Alimentarius, bezpieczeństwa żywności UE, GHP, GMP, IFS, BRC, non-gmo system.

FOOD STANDARDS IN THE TRADE BETWEEN MEMBERS COUNTRIES EU

Abstract
Free trade of safe products on single market was definite by the Food Law, the free movement of goods, the consumer protection, and activities science and certification institutions. The food safety system, particularly standards Codex Alimentarius, GHP, GMP, IFS, BRC, non-gmo system become more important in the supplies safe and health food products and their free movement in the EU.
