Streszczenie:
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie charakterystyki chińskich inwestycji w Afryce, a także analiza wpływu tych inwestycji na kontynencie afrykańskim oraz próba oceny aktualnego procesu rozwoju. Działalność chińskich korporacji transnarodowych na tym kontynencie niezmiennie wzbudza wiele kontrowersji. Według niektórych to przejaw zadufania hiperkapitalizmu nastawionego na zdobywanie, a według innych – współczesnej żarliwej ideologii tiers-mondisme.

CHINESE INVESTMENT IN AFRICA – OPPORTUNITY OR THREAT
Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to present the features of Chinese investment in Africa as well as to analyze the impact of these investments on the African continent and an attempt to assess the current development process. The activities of transnational corporations in China have constantly been a subject of much controversy. According to some, it is a sign of overconfidence of hypercapitalism oriented towards acquisition and according to others, of contemporary fervent tiers-mondisme ideology.
