Streszczenie:
Celem opracowania jest przybliżenie problematyki zarządzania ryzykiem w przedsiębiorstwie. Główny cel oraz zakres badań przesądzają o zastosowaniu metod badawczych, szeroko i powszechnie stosowanych w analizie ekonomicznej, w szczególności metody dedukcji, porównań, przyczynowej, wskaźnikowej, zmian strukturalnych, dynamiki zmian struktur. Ponadto charakter problemu badawczego dotyczącego kształtowania rynku touroperatora przesądza o zastosowaniu również badań jakościowych. Przeprowadzone badania pozwalają na stwierdzenie, że efektywne zarządzanie ryzykiem w działalności touroperatora jest kluczowe zarówno dla stabilnego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa, jak również bezpieczeństwa turysty. Brak właściwej oceny sytuacji majątkowo-finansowej przedsiębiorstwa stanowi główny czynnik przekroczenia granicy akceptowalnego ryzyka gospodarczego w działalności touroperatorów i pośredników turystycznych.

THE LIMITS OF THE ECONOMIC RISK - A CASE STUDY
Abstract:
Aim of the paper is to present the issues of risk management in the enterprise. Main purpose and scope of research prejudice the applicability of research methods widely and commonly used in the economic analysis, in particular the methods of deduction, comparison, causal, indicator, structural changes, the dynamics of change structures. Moreover, the nature of the research problem, concerning the shaping the tour operator market determines the use of qualitative research. The studies lead to the conclusion that effective risk management of the tour operator activity is the base both for the stable development of the company as well as the safety of tourists. Lack of adequate evaluation of the assets and financial situation of companies is the main factor of crossing the border of acceptable economic risk activity in tour operators and travel agents activities
