Streszczenie:
Ważnym elementem w gospodarce rynkowej są przypadki upadłości przedsiębiorstw. Główną rolę w likwidacji przedsiębiorstw odgrywa syndyk masy upadłościowej, nadzorcy sądowi i zarządcy. W artykule podejmowany jest problem odpowiedzialności cywilnej tych instytucji.
Autor podaje w artykule skalę upadłości przedsiębiorstw w Polsce, założenia ubezpieczenia odpowiedzialności cywilnej, a także zastanawia się nad realnością minimalnej sumy gwarancyjnej i kalkulacji składki ubezpieczeniowej.

COMPULSORY INSURANCE OF CIVIL LIABILITY OF THE TRUSTEE, THE COURT SUPERVISOR AND MANAGER
Abstract:
An important element in the market economy are cases bankruptcy of companies. The main role in the liquidation of companies, plays a bankruptcy trustee, the court supervisor and manager.
In this article we discuss the issue of civil liability of these institutions, also we give the scale of he bankruptcy of companies in Poland and the assumption civil liability insurance.
In the article we reflect on the reality of the minimum sum guaranteed, and calculation of insurance premium.
