Streszczenie:
Celem artykułu była prezentacja i ocena wielkości środków będących do wykorzystania w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Kapitał Ludzki w podziale na priorytety w latach 2007–2013. Część opisowo-teoretyczną opracowano, stosując metodę studiów literaturowych. Wykorzystując metodę analizy porównawczej oraz wybrane metody statystyki opisowej, dokonano oceny wielkości przyznanych środków w podziale na poszczególne priorytety. Ocenę rozszerzono o analizę realizacji celów (inwestycji) w ramach PO KL przez powiat goleniowski w latach 2008–2013.

ATTAINING OBJECTIVES OF THE OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME HUMAN CAPITAL PRESENTED ON THE EXAMPLE OF GOLENIÓW DISTRICT

Abstract:
The aim of this article is to present and evaluate the funds to be used within the Operational Programme Human Capital divided into priorities in the years 2007–2013. The descriptive and theoretical part of this article was developed using literature studies. The amount of provided funds, within the division into particular priorities, was evaluated using the method of comparative analysis and selected methods of descriptive statistics. This evaluation also includes the analysis of attaining objectives and realization of investments within OP HC by Goleniów District with the division of resources into priorities, at the same time taking the amount of own allocated resources into consideration.
