W artykule podjęto temat kapitału intelektualnego, jego elementów i metod pomiaru. Zawarto w nim krótki przegląd metod oceny kapitału intelektualnego organizacji oraz przedstawiono wyniki przeprowadzonych badań dotyczących pomiaru elementów kapitału intelektualnego i strategii funkcjonowania wybranej firmy z sektora małych przedsiębiorstw branży lotniczej.

The article deals the intellectual capital, its components and methods of measurement. It includes a short overview of methods for assessing the intelectual capital of the organization and presents the results of the study on the measurement of intellectual capital and its impact on the strategy of the small enterprise in the aviation industry.
