Streszczenie:
W artykule podjęto temat etyki przedsiębi orców utrzymujących system zarządzania jakością. Poruszono problem znaczenia etyki i wpływu jej braku w zarządzaniu przedsiębiorstwem na pomyślność utrzymywanego systemu zarządzania jakością. W drugiej części artykułu wymieniono aspekty jakości wymuszające zachowania etyczne i konsekwencje naruszenia takiego podejścia.

THE ROLE OF ETHICS IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Abstract:
The article is dealing with the ethics of entrepreneurs who maintain a quality management system. It has been shown the importance of the ethics and the impact of its absence in the management on the auspiciousness of maintained quality management system. In the second part of the article are listed aspects of quality which necessitate the ethical behavior and the consequences of such an approach.
