Streszczenie
W opracowaniu wskazano na główne przyczyny współczesnego kryzysu i jego wpływ na akcję kredytową. Równocześnie omówione zostały doraźne i długoterminowe działania mające na celu zniwelowanie skutków kryzysu, w tym przedsięwzięcia wdrożone przez EBC. Ponadto ważną część rozważań stanowi wskazanie istotnych obszarów zmian z punktu widzenia zwiększenia stabilności systemu bankowego i gospodarek w przyszłości.

Summary
The author points out the main causes of the current crisis and its impact on lending. Ad hoc and long-term measures aimed at leveling the effects of the crisis, including those implemented by the ECB, are discussed. In addition, identifying the areas of changes important for enhancing the stability of the banking system and of economies in the future is an important part of the author’s deliberations.
