Streszczenie
Zmiana staje się obecnie w coraz większym stopniu centralnym tematem zarządzania, a kierowanie procesami zmian warunkuje sukces organizacji. System opieki zdrowotnej w Polsce od kilkunastu lat przechodzi poważne zmiany, przez co dostosowuje się do wymogów współczesnego świata. Dynamika zmian publicznej służby zdrowia determinowana jest przez szereg czynników. Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania są zmiany w zarządzaniu finansami służby zdrowia w Polsce od 1999 roku do chwili obecnej oraz determinanty tych zmian. Omówiono główne determinanty zmian sektora zdrowotnego, czyli procesy demograficzne, rozwarstwienie społeczne, politykę oraz informatyzację. Na diagramie zobrazowano wzajemne powiązania między nimi i zarządzaniem finansami opieki zdrowotnej.
CHANGES AND THEIR DETERMINANTS IN THE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF POLISH HEALTHCARE
Summary
Change is becoming the main focus of management and the change management process determines the success of an organization. For several years the healthcare system in Poland has been undergoing major changes, thus it has been adapting to the requirements of the modern world. The dynamics of changes of public healthcare is determined by several factors. The purpose of this study are changes in the financial management of the healthcare in Poland from 1999 to the present and determinants of these changes. The main determinants of changes of the health sector, namely demographic processes, social stratification, politics and informatization, were discussed. The diagram shows relations between them and the financial management of healthcare.
