Streszczenie
Kapitał intelektualny stanowi podstawowy składnik współczesnych przedsiębiorstw, dlatego konieczne jest dokonywanie jego pomiaru. Niestety pomiar ten jest zadaniem trudnym, szczególnie ze względu na niematerialny charakter mierzonych komponentów przedsiębiorstwa. W literaturze przedmiotu dostępnych jest wiele metod pomiaru kapitału intelektualnego, natomiast w przedsiębiorstwach są one rzadko wykorzystywane.
Niniejszy artykuł rozpatruje problem pomiaru kapitału intelektualnego, a także dokonuje usystematyzowania dostępnych metod jego oceny i wartościowania
ISSUES OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL MEASUREMENT
Summary
Intellectual capital is a key component of today’s enterprises, therefore it is necessary to measure it. Unfortunately, this measurement is a difficult task, especially because of the intangible nature of the measured components. In the literature, there are many available methods of intellectual capital measurement, but a universal method does not exist yet, therefore companies rarely measure their intellectual capital.
The aim of this article is to examine the problem of measuring intellectual capital in enterprises, as well as to systematize available methods of IC measurement.
