Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest próba odpowiedzi na następujące pytania: − Jakie są relacje między kapitałami a finansowaniem działalności gospodarczej? − Jakie są relacje między kapitałem a pieniądzem? − Czy zysk i amortyzacja mogą stanowić źródło finansowania? Odpowiedź na niniejsze pytania jest istotna, biorąc pod uwagę zamieszanie terminologiczne występujące w literaturze oraz w języku potocznym. Przedstawione w artykule rozważania pozwalają na sformułowanie tezy, że rozpatrując relacje między kapitałami a źródłami finansowania należy odpowiedzieć na pytanie: czy ma się na myśli finansowanie majątku, czy finansowanie jego działalności? Odpowiedź na to pytanie prowadzi do wyróżnienia statycznych i dynamicznych źródeł finansowania. W artykule stosuje się klasyczne metody badawcze, takie jak: analiza materiałów źródłowych, metoda dedukcji, metoda indukcji.

Summary
The aim of this paper is to attempt to answer the following questions: ‒ What is the relationship between the equity and the financing of economic activity? ‒ What are the relations between capital and money? ‒ Can the profit and depreciation be a source of funding? The answer to this question is important, especially when is given the confusion of terminology found in the literature and in everyday language. The discussion in this paper allows to formulate the thesis of considering the relationship between equity and funding sources in order to answer the question: does it mean to finance the property, or the financing of its activities? The answer to this question leads to the award of static and dy-namic sources of financing. The study used classical research methods, such as analysis of source materials, the method of deduction, induction method.
