REALISATION OF MANAGEMENT CONTROL IN GENERAL JUDICIARY ENTITIES ON THE EXAMPLE OF REGIONAL COURTS
Summary
The article presents issues related to functioning of management control in the department of justice of the governmental administration, with particular attention paid to its functioning in regional courts. The authors made an overview of legal regulations obliging regional courts to use management control solutions. The paper presents guidelines of building the management control system in regional courts as well as entities responsible for functioning of management control in them. It also describes procedures of determining objectives and tasks in regional court sand pays attention to issues related to risk management, its identification, analysis and assessment.
