Przestępstwa gospodarcze stanowią ważny czynnik zagrażający funkcjonowaniu przedsiębiorstwa. W pracy przedstawiono różne rodzaje tych przestępstw oraz ukazano ich skalę na świecie i w Polsce. Przedstawiono też ważniejsze sposoby zapobiegania i wykrywania nadużyć gospodarczych.

Economic crimes constitute an important factor threatening the functioning of the enterprise. The article described different types of these crimes and showed their scale in Poland and worldwide. Also important means of prevention and detection of economic abuses were presented.
