Artykuł porusza kwestię istoty celów finansowych w procesie zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem górniczym. Zwraca uwagę na potrzebę koncentracji przedsiębiorstw na efektywnej realizacji strategii, rozumianej jako stworzenie zestawu mierników ją odzwierciedlających. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczących celów finansowych realizowanych przez przedsiębiorstwa górnicze. Zaprezentowano również mierniki realizacji tych celów, które kadra menedżerska uznała za najwłaściwsze dla realizacji poszczególnych celów w obszarze finansów.

The article raises the issue of the financial objectives’ importance in mining enterprises management. It draws attention to the necessity of effective implementation of this strategy, that requires creating a set of objectives’ measures. The article presents the results of research in mining company concerning its financial objectives. It also shows the measures of objectives’ realizations that are the most important to the strategy.
