Streszczenie
Referat jest próbą przeanalizowania wpływu przekształceń własnościowych po 20 latach od rozpoczęcia transformacji gospodarczej na rozwój województwa wielkopolskiego. Zasadniczym celem przekształceń własnościowych jest wzrost efektywności wykorzystania majątku, który prowadzi do osiągania lepszych efektów działalności gospodarczej. Konsekwencją zwiększenia efektywności gospodarowania są większe wpływy do budżetów województwa, a te z założenia powinny doprowadzić do rozwoju regionu poprzez inwestycje w infrastrukturę, taką jak drogi publiczne, czy inne nakłady inwestycyjne itd. Ponadto dążenie do zmiany struktury właścicielskiej powinno również doprowadzić do polepszenia dobrobytu społecznego, wyrażającego się przede wszystkim w zmniejszeniu odsetka bezrobotnych oraz zwiększeniu wypłacanych wynagrodzeń.

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF OWNERSHIP TRANSRORMATIONS ON DEVELOPMENT IN WIELKOPOLSKA
Summary
The paper attempts to analyze the impact of ownership transformations, after 20 years from the start of economic transformation, on developement in Wielkopolska. The main goal of privatization is to increase the efficiency of use of property which leads to achieving better buissnes results. The consequence of increasing economic efficiency are more influential to the budgets of the region and these assumption should lead to the development of the region throught investments in infrastructure such as public roads, access to health care, etc. In addition, efforts to change the ownership structure should also lead to an improvement in social welfare expresses primarily in reducing the proportion of unemployed and increasing the wages paid.
