Streszczenie
W artykule Autorka zaprezentowała rynek fuzji i przejęć w Polsce. Wskazując na wagę strategii wykazała, że podmioty uczestniczące w procesach fuzji i przejęć nie podchodzą z odpowiednią powagą, skrupulatnością i starannością do niej. Brak prawidłowego działania jest podawany niejednokrotnie za motyw wpływający na brak zakończenia sukcesem owych procesów.

MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS STRATEGY FOR INCREASE OF ENTERPRISE’s VALUE
Summary
In the paper the Author presented the mergers and acquisitions market in Poland. In her opinion the most important step in the process M&A is strategy. The enterprises which involved in the processes of mergers and acquisi-tions they do not approach with appropriate seriousness, thoroughness and attention to it. Very often lack of proper work on the processes merger and acquisitions is given as an affects the lack of successful completion of these processes.
