ECONOMIC FACTORS OF ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT VS. INVISIBLE PROPERTY COMPONENTS

Summary
In the conditions of market economy and more and more intense competitiveness of enterprises, the invisible property components have become particularly important elements of enterprise property. Even though they are invisible to a naked eye and are immaterial, they still influence, to a large extend, an enterprise market value, which decides how an enterprise is perceived at the market.
In order to analyze invisible property components in more detail the article discusses mutual relations between selected economic factors of enterprise environment and a representative group of invisible property components. Both, macroeconomic environment factors and microeconomic determinants, influence the invisible property components in a direct and indirect way. Therefore, e.g. the discussions about reducing taxes and applying tax reliefs, within the framework of national tax policy, enhance professional activity of entrepreneurs and enterprises to develop their businesses, which strengthens brands, clients relations, upgrades staff qualifications and stimulates the application of new technologies.
