W artykule omówiono rozwój zrównoważony. Następnie z jednej strony pokazano rolę gospodarczą zrównoważonego rozwoju, z drugiej natomiast – jego rolę społeczną. W dalszej części opracowania wskazano na wnioski wypływające z idei zrównoważonego rozwoju dla finansów firm.
